the "good" thing about the sb10 filing? The share price will go up as investors will be buying, both small as well as institutional types. This would create another wave of investors for the next stage of DGIV. The first wave was the buying from April as DGIV becomes "known" The second wave will be the buying that will come after the official filing, which will include institutional type. I would think that the arrival of institutional investors would be a "good" thing :)
