I agree we should see some good WCII Q3&4 numbers, but don't think we'll see fed easing. Current economic conditions don't indicate it (and I hope they don't). Fed knows that applied inappropriately, it would unnecessarily weaken the dollar and prolong any market pain we might have to go through.

Not sure what you mean about refinancing prepayments. Notes have specific call criteria.
