I have lost my butt in ADDA ,RIS, ULTRA, and AOW. I assume many of us are. Hope this one does not go to Adda or AOW level. Anything would be inspiring now.

RIS and Western Granger Complex Acquisition - Update

The Board of Directors of R.I.S. Resources International Corp. (V.RIS) announced today that the
closing by its subsidiary, RIS Resources (USA) Inc. (RIS USA), of the acquisition of 40% of the
interest of Western Gas Resources, Inc. (Western) in Western's Granger Complex did not occur by
the deadline specified in the acquisition agreement. Although the closing of the acquisition did not
occur, RIS USA began negotiations with Western today regarding the acquisition of 25% of
Western's interest in the Granger Complex. RIS's proposal to Western for the acquisition of this
interest may preclude the necessity for the immediate issuance of additional common equity. Under
RIS's proposal, RIS would also have the option to acquire an additional 25% interest.

On behalf of the Board,
R.I.S. Resources International Corp.,

John R. Hislop
Director
