I think this is it Sexaco (36/F/Houston, TX) Sep 1 1998 6:31PM EDT Before I state this- I do NOT want to hear/read one darn thing about this being hype or this being nonsense. I will bet anyone that this is fact: Just heard from a source who works at the big STAR that paper work has been sent to Rentech for their signature. It was sent last week for the signature, but sent back to Tx because of 2 word changes. It has now been sent back to Rentech with the changes made by Texaco. If all goes as planned, we should have it back by the end of this week or the beginning of next week. At that time we put our signatures on it and the deal is done. Announcement will come 7-10 days after we get their signature (Most likely September 15). Good luck to all! Buy if you want; just passing on some good information.
