Apologies if it seems I am trying to hype another stock on this board.
Actually ( though after reading the 10K I am going to buy some) I am only trying to hype it to AXC.
Apparently ATEC is for real, and what they do very well is analyze a corporation or agencies needs and SELL. They deal with many of the same customers AXC and Micronet hope to deal with, and they do it very effectively. Their growth has been primarily internal ( impressive) ....though they did recently pick up a Denver based year 2000 solution firm ( for a song, in my opinion).
If I awake some morning and find out AXC has acquired this company ( unlikely as it seems) or any similar economic coup ...I would be mighty pleased. I think we all would. Values like this are still out there.

Can't really add that much to your db. Atec started as furniture co. Progressed into retail, wholesale of pc's, peripherals, and service etc.Expanded client base and worked on the bottom line. Then bought the Y2K co. Most all data that's available is of the same information.

The advice is a sell or hold. The thing of it is, this co. is moving faster than the analysts can keep track, it seems to me. Bought way back, in the 2's. And holding until.....?

Still think QNET is a better fit....IMHO
