If you go way back (about one year ago) and check out my earlier posts on this thread, you will see that I warned you...

Leland was on CNBC and I pointed out that the guy has rotten
teeth - a sure signal that if he can't manage his own personal care,
he sure can't manage this company.

Maybe this doesn't rank up there with charts but at least in my
case, it save me a bundle of money.

Best of luck to you all,

Chip

Dear SW:

I do not know if you saw the post by gentleman-boyle, as
well as my own post on Yahoo, but now would probably be
a good time for ARTT to talk to WCII. WCII has fallen
so far down that a stock deal which would value ARTT
at say $5 or $6/sh in WCII stock would actually be fairly
attractive to ARTT holders, particularly since ARTT
will face huge difficulties in placing junk bond
debt if it wants to make it by itself. If ARTT's board does
not come to its senses fast, I see WCII coming back up
gradually (perhaps not right away since I do not completely
trust today's market rebound) while ARTT sinks slowly.

The combination ARTT + WCII makes a lot of sense for
all parties (including LU), and ARTT's board is playing
with fire with its current strategy.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy.

SW,

Thanks for your action and post on ARTT. Over a week ago I posted a question to Steves G&B (should have included you) which asked if there wasn't some sort of responsibility held by ARTT's management to disclose what their plans were in this horrific situation. I got no response to my question, so I assumed that everyone thought it was terribly naive. FWIW, I feel a teeny bit better now that you've contacted Hirsch, though obviously not in my investment (now loss) account!

Regards,

Barbara

How do you know that ARTT is refusing to talk to WCII?
