Now that the recent preferred has been redeemed. What besides just being a spectacular fraud will drive the stock down, in your opinion.

I have been reading irs form 550. Does not look like there is
any way to get a long term cap. gain rate on short gains.
Also when zit becomes worthless , then short term rate of 28%
will become due at the end of that tax year.
Hopefully the zit can hang on for a few more years.
