take a good look around....maybe some papers will be lying about...hehehe

ask about intranet and termination side....what is hold up? specifics like hardware or software?
idb seems in the bag....
check on reporting and auditors
ask if any mutual funds have signed on for financial intranet(more specific than customers....maybe he'll accidently answer...hehehe.)
