Here's my guess. Higher than nominal GDP by several percent for the next 5-10 years and then equal to the growth in nominal GDP thereafter. The ones that continued the higher than average growth for longer than the assumptions delivered the goods big time. Coke, Drugs... The ones that didn't, Retail, Technology stunk out the joint.
