Timeline July 9th:

"The NYSE Bullish Percent is up 2.5% this week, moving to 50.2%. Despite this increase though, the Bullish Percent remains in a column of O's and in a Bear Confirmed status. This suggests that we continue to be cautious at this time. Notice also that despite the move to new highs in indices such as the S&P 500, the Bullish Percent remains well below the 72% readings it saw back in March and April of this year That means that despite this move to new highs, we have more stocks on sell signals right now which makes stock selection very, very important right now."
