Paper traded DELL with your gap strategy. Could have bought at 10:30 at 112 3/8, however, the market was dropping at the time so in reality I wouldn't have pulled the trigger. I would have waited for the DOW to continue thru it's retest and then bought. This occured at 11:45 with DELL at 11 5/16.

Either way, the trade is profitable as I write. Just wonder if or how you factor in the movement of the major indices at that 10:30 point.

P.S. An edit at 12:00 noon...I would have sold just now when it fell back to 114 5/16, taking the 3 points. Then I'd go mow the lawn.
