Horse feathers. As a practical matter, lawsuits, including class action lawsuits against publicly held companies, are a normal occurence. To suggest that CCSI's progress in implementing its business plan is frozen pending resolution of any pending lawsuit, is ridiculous and inconsistent with their recently filed 10Q. Any company interested in doing business with CCSI can conduct their own due diligence, and any company worth its salt would conduct its own due diligence without regard to whether lawsuits exist or not.
