Timeline September 1st: The NYSE Bullish Percent will likely be in the 16% range and the OTC Bullish Percent should be around 12%. The Optionable Bullish Percent is down at 9.6% The NYSE High- Low Index is down at 9%. Just as the indicators got us out of the market and playing defense at the right time, they will get us back in at the right time. We will wait for the short term indicators to give buy signals as a signal we can begin to put the Offensive team on the field. Written and printed with permission.
