Jimmy... my own experience with Fidelity is that they are exceptional.
There is not another company out there that comes through on service and execution they way they do.

I tried Suretrade for 3 months. Talk about frustration. No answer to phone, emails, or even the executions on high volume days. They were terrible. I got my $$ back into Fido ASAP.

I don't know your current status with Fidelity. I'm gold circle... so when you've made enough trades you get a little preferential treatment. Not that any customer is treated differently, these are just very fine points you'll notice after awhile. Sorta like being a regular customer in a fine restaurant, where they know you.

btw, I also send fidelity emails on when they have new version releases of the WebXpress site (often kudos), and let them know of things I think they could do to improve when I think it's important. They do listen to their customers.

best regards
Laura
