I read this to say the CWQ is conserving cash on the basis that a sour gas is not of that much value. BEA has the money from last years flow through. I believe that gives BEA the flexibility to move ahead. I assume CWQ will be there for the stepout.

Questar Acquires Certain Assets from HS Resources
HS RESOURCES INC. Sells Certain Oil and Gas Operations


Sept. 1, 1998, Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR - news) reported that it completion of the acquisition of HSRTW Inc., a Midcontinent oil and gas operation, from HS Resources Inc. (NYSE:HSE - news), for $155 million in cash.

Through the acquisition, STR obtained 150 billion cubic feet equivalent (Bcfe) of proved oil and gas reserves primarily in Oklahoma, as well as in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
