Thanks Dave, My broker is Raymond James. Hutch Smith originally started talking about HDIE to me about year and half ago. I kept watching it and when I decided to get in, my timing was a little off - to say the least. Learned a valuable lesson though. I am still not completely comfortable with my analyzing abilities (Political Science major with law degree) but slowly I am beginning to understand the language. One area I do excel in, however, is digging out the nuances of the double talk from the company. Being a criminal defense attorney, I am used to distinguishing between what is said and what is meant. I hope I can contribute something of value to the group. Thanks in advance for your help, Jim
