You've been around long enough to experience lots of small companies where management are majority shareholders. At least a large management ownership has some advantage for the minority shareholders, management works to increase their shareholder value, not decrease it. <<including floorless conversion of the preferred shares>> Runyon understands what that does to a company, never happen. <<I am not going to bother to take the time to return my proxy.
