I don't have any problem with the court documents. If I had a copy of the alleged finding I would post it in a heartbeat. Since I haven't seen anyone post it I can't say their exists such a paper that would have anything to do with AZNT. Do you have such a document?

zonkie.....

Send me the court documents and I'll be happy to read them. Or fax the pages you deem interesting to me (PM me and I'll give you my fax number). I was hoping to get a copy but I didn't write away for one as I assumed someone would send me one in less than the two weeks it would take by mail.

Now, for the benefit of this thread, exactly who is being sued? I thought it was Andy Mann? Now you are saying it is Wellrich?

Lastly, please ask your contacts at AZNT if Wellrich might actually be suing them. Ask them what happened to the commissions on the sale of the stock that Wellrich sold.

What price did he sell at? Why are some people saying between $3.00 and $4.00. Covering now would leave him with a nice profit. Any thoughts?

This thread reminds me of that famous sting operation used by many LAW ENFORCEMENT agencies. The one where they send out letters telling the criminals that they have won a new TV set or something. Then, when they have them all in one room, they slam the door and arrest them all.

These shorting scumbags couldn't be
that stupid.....could they? LOL!!
