Dave,

<<You say the stock is undervalued, me and the rest of the world say it is fairly valued. New management has missed their own deadline. you keep those blinders on and I'm sure you'll be alright>>

please don't consider me part of your "rest of the world" statement. Dave if you are so disappointed take your right off and shoo.

MM

Dave,
No blinders on here. I agree that the stock is fairly valued given the lack of solid data to support higher prices. However, deadlines won't make or break this stock. Earnings per share (EPS) for 1998 will drive the price. Will you NOT buy because of missed deadlines if EPS are good? Would you have bought if all deadlines were met and the company posted big losses for 1997 & 1998? My point is that yes the missed self-imposed deadlines hurt us short term, but they will become meaningless after 1998 numbers are out. All just my opinion of course but it seems to me that the bottom line is what really counts. Remember the three most important things to any company are:
1. Money
2. People
3. Everything else

Thanks for your opinion Dave. I'm not sure what 98 numbers will be, but it wont take much to support a substantially higher stock price. Like a bunch of others, my downside is now minimal given the drop in price, with fairly significant upside potential.

BE HAPPY,

WALLEYE

dave,
The rest of the world must be inside that narrow view of your vision. The have been large block buys on most trading days. Those are not daytraders cause the b/a/ doesn't move enough.

I do think we're all frustrated with what is happening. Forgetting the past (I know it's hard for some of you) and calling the company may give some an insight of what they are trying to accomplish.

I have a very large holding of FAMH and have averaged down to my comfort level. I can live with whatever time it takes to get up to the price I think it should be. And, before you ask, that price will be determined by financials to be released.

If the stock doubles from here even in a year that to me is a great return.

Steve
