Peacelover,
The very Longs around here have been complaining about management's
tunnel vision for so long, maybe two years now and it didn't
do a bit of good. It's my guess if we added up all our shares
and voted in some sort of protest, management would just get a big laugh because they own 25 percent of the company.
The top people in this company are incredibly gifted in their scientific field. Noam has impressive knowledge in this technology.
These people worked hard for over eight years to build this company
and lived very modestly until they benefited from selling during "the secondary"IMO they deserved this money.
However, up until now they would tell individual investor's one thing
and institutional investor's another. Just my opinion after this heavy selling before the bad news was released.
An alarming sign, IMO is management, all of a sudden has begun (modestly, I'll admit)reacting to some suggestions from
various places. For them to even show some signs of attempting to do SOMETHING
indicates the mountain has moved alittle.
Now, management will be criticized no matter what they do (Count me in)
My investment in MRVC is DOWN 75%...all my fault, I admit it.

Bottom line from where I see things, FWIW, things must be bad if management is beginning to show signs of life, now.
If Global economics is the reason for this recent bad news,
see you guys and gals around the year 2000, it ain't getting no better.

Were we all kidding ourselves into thinking Europe would not get whacked eventually? I guess I did. I can't blame management
for this, can I?

Anyway, I know you know all this but new management at MRVC...IMO, not a chance. Maybe, now they will admit
that they might consider
some sort of merger/buy-out even if it would be a little white lie

Good Luck to you, we all are going to need it.

John
Long three or four years not much fun, eh?
