Aus,

You bring back good memories and bad memories...

Its unbelievable to look at that report and see the effect of adjusting two numbers,
1) the expectations for seasonality and,
2) factor in the huge price declines...

Otherwise, I think the report still holds.
Just two more quarters and I can end this story. Will it be a winner ? I think so, but if Hitachi comes on strong, they may barely squeak by. The thing to think about is that this is a much safer investment now than it was at $23 we wrote the report. Remember, SNDK has its ICs made in Japan.

Regarding "10) A great product in a great industry. Remember that Sandisk products are already in the shelves of major camera retailers (Ritz Camera (Twin Cities), Wolf Camera (Atlanta)) and incorporated into product lines of most domestic and foreign camera manufacturers."

This Market is still in its infancy. Last time I checked, Digital cameras were only available in Wolf Camera's flagship stores. I counted about 1 in 7 stores that were Wolf flagship stores.
