Shadow,
The Transfer Agent is not trying to hide anything for LTGL. The Transfer Agent just cannot keep taking all these calls every day regarding the authorized, issued and outstanding shares. I have no doubt the company sold shares. But let's not assume the money is being dumped down a rat hole. If the money is being used to expand product line and increase inventory then this is probably a good thing. If a Walmart deal is in the making and the extra money was or is needed to increase production to satisfy Walmart, then LTGL did the right thing. If LTGL uses to the money to acquire good companies and increase revenues and earnings then again it was the right thing to do in the long run. This is a very competitive market. LTGL is trying to capture as much market share as possible. If production increases and great deals are made, then I don't have a beef. These allegations of illegal activities, fraud and scam are totally without facts. Yes I could be mad the stock is not at $.25 a share. But I have seen the products in stores and I know they are selling. Before I entertain the allegations of scam and fraud someone is going to have to show me how the officers are putting the money in their pockets right now and running. I think the company is a good buy at these prices. Let's see what happens with any acquisitions and/or deals with major retailers. I must get down to Florida and visit the company.
