Here is the exact quote from the message Ellen left on my voice mail: "Dan, its Ellen Martin at Xoma Corporation. Please call me back. I did some further investigation into this McKenzie situation and found out that indeed we have a relatioinship with a soliciting company called McKenzie Partners and that they were doing a legitimate survey for the purposes of figuring out whats been going on with the recent drop in stock prices, short activity and things like that and also some concerns involving year end planning since we don't know what kind of tax loss selling to anticipate. Having said that, there was some confusion in communications from them in terms of when they were doing what which is why I didn't know about this activity until I went and found out about it. It does not sound like they handled the questioning process particularly well." She then went on to ask me to call her back, which I have not had a chance to do. I know there is a lot of speculation as to the study and whether my prior post was true, but this is an EXACT QUOTE of what she said. Hopefully, she can come on this board as she has sometimes done in the past and provide further reassurances. Dan O

I do think I am disciplined enough to line my ducks up before I attack anyone's investment. Has nothing to do with being cultured, only a willingness to do the required homework. Don't get me wrong, I am only trying to be helpful here hence my statement that you might want to only be an observer of this board. Researching rBPI21 is no small feat and some on this board have been at it for a long time! Good luck to you and happy hunting if you decide to join us in researching FACTS(good or bad)about this exciting molecule.
