LAP: Where did you get the insider buying info, would you please provide a link to it? If it is indeed true that a director (although it is not Van Oppen himself) bought 10,000 shares I do get "most" of my confidence back in the company. On paper everything looks very good and yet somehow for some reason the stock is being thrown out the door! If company and/or insiders buy their own stock at these levels that would put an approval stamp of confidence on what appears on the paper!
