Don, I went to Edgar and glanced at FAE's Pre-14a. It appears management is recommending the proposal to the shareholders to open end the fund. There will be a 4% redemption fee in the first 6 months as an open end fund.

I did place an order with Datek to short TDF and TRF and both were accepted. I never executed either, much to my regret.
