Paddy --- they may have additional contracts,,, maybe secret ones like ZITL. I am betting they do (long and red). What they do not have is mgmt or PR. The name calling and ass kissing on this thread is enough to make sane people puke.... probably lures buyers right? If you love CK or me or Billy or anyone great --- if you hate everyone that is great too.. why act like 3 year olds at the circus... as I do not like most of what is here anymore either but I am not calling Billy or CK or anyone else names,, thought about it though,,,,, some really deserve it,,, it would be fun,,, many that know me know I can be good at it,,, guess I am past the preteen years! Many companies are nervous about disclosing their Y2K information and hold outside consultants to non-disclosure covenants. Tava may be bound by some restrictions in publicizing the existence of some contracts. You may want to read the URL beneath, which I posted some time ago, that discusses proposed legislation which would indemnify companies that disclose, accurately, what they know about their Y2K problems and which share information with other companies. If enacted, this would probably eliminate the need for non-disclosure covenants in contracts with outside consultants such as Tava. 209.1.112.252.
