To All:

The FNTN InvestorNet site is back up (http://home.swbell.net/sprue)

It hasn't changed much since it went down on 8/28. I added the FCC certifications that Tom posted.

Sorry for the delay.

Kevin

Christopher,

(1) What information specifically would you need to create a pro-forma income statement?

(2) Is it SOP to create three: optimistic, most-likely and pessimistic?

(3) Is it too soon to get realistic numbers on product pricing and likely customers?

Post something specific before Barbara goes to FNTN on Thursday and she may be able to run it by MS, MM etc. (Yes, I know we should never ask insiders any questions about their own company, but at least it would give us a start on product pricing and likely customers.) We should be able to estimate costs to maintain hardware/software and support costs.

Kevin

Chris,

In my opinion, unless we know specifically (detail by detail) what services FNTN is offering and how they are/will be marketed, working up any pro forma is, pardon the cliche, "mental masturbation".

On the other hand, if you do have specific / detailed information; not only about FNTN, but also about the clients, decision makers (and competitors) and, how that "hit list" is ranked, we could come up with some numbers that might have some meaning as it would apply to sales. However, only an insider can provide information on the expense (cash spent and other payment terms) side of the equation.

Once such a document is produced, if it is not of the quality that would be of benefit to the competition, it has been almost a waste of time.

It's like trying to find your way out of an underground cave, in the dark, without a flashlight or compass; much less, a long string.

Just my opinion,

.......-jp

I just got back from Oklahoma City. We hurricane evacuated from Earl yesterday, flushed all 60+ F-15s from here and the Eglin guys went also. Got back this PM. Not much damage, actually 85 degrees, little humidity, beautiful blue skies. Didn't care at all about any market stuff, just nice to be away.

Gotta read some posts.
