Maybe they can't make gum and sell it too, eh. You know, there's money in chewing gum - you only need four ingredients - chicle, flavor, sweetener, and a preservative. The packaging and advertising together likely cost more than the product. If you make a gum people like, they pay what - 50 or 60 cents for a little package about 10 grams. And they get in the habit - I speak from experience here, for years I chewed a gum named Stimorol made in Denmark with flavoring from birch tree sap, and now you can't get it any more around here. Don't laugh - it's a big thing. Make me a gum I like and I'll pay for it.

Looks like another example of where the company's promise wasn't fulfilled.
And maybe explains the thought process behind the establishment of whatever short position may exist.
