TSIS does not have cash to repurchase shares. The companies repurchasing shares are those with cash, earnings and are now trading at below historical P/E levels. None of this is the case with TSIS.

I too am disappointed in the stock price. But IMO no short term fixes can substitute for revenue and earnings growth.

Concerning the Intel deal, It sounds odd that with all three involved, Nasdaq, TSIS and Intel, there could have been a misunderstanding for so long. And why would Intel walk away from 3 months free and now pay full price? If it is alive, expect heavy discounting to bring on the big name.
