[they will have to shut up... well, may be not, they will find something else]

You mean like the suspicious trading history of DGIV? This is something I alluded to earlier in a message to Mr. D. The bottom of the screen shows the 52 week low and high for DGIV, as 4.4 cents a share for the low, and 8 dollars a share for the high. Looks like a stock being manipulated to me!

I obtained the weekly trading history (from Prophet Information) for the last year for DGIV, which is shown below. I guess the SI values of 4.4 cents a share and 8 dollars a share represent the extremes of what the stock sold for, not what it closed at for a particular day. According to the data below, the low was 6.25 cents a share (1/16) and the high was 8 dollars a share. This is a huge range, and normal stocks don't have this kind of extreme range. The stock manipulators who obtained DGIV shares at 1/16 and other really cheap prices have my admiration for pawning those shares off on the DGIV-a-holics at a much higher price. Pretty slick -- someone bought millions of shares cheaply and dumped them at much higher prices, according to the volumes shown below.

(I had to use SI's "fixed font" to get the table to display properly.)
