Hi Paul:

Creatin is a natural substance that is present in muscle tissue. Anabolic steriods bring about an increase in creatin levels in the body. So by taking creatin you get the effect of taking steroids without the harmful effects.

It also increases the development of the "fast twitch" muscle as opposed to the "slow twitch" muscle. The process of fast twitch muscle deterioration is commonly called part of the aging process.

Of course, my comments sound like a paid political announcement because my main source of information has been promotional literature; but I do feel you should search out some information on your own.

In Christ..gregor
