Steve: Sure. On the bookshelves next to the absolute sciences of sociology, economics and religion. I suppose in the above sense that valuation and appraisal are not absolute sciences. But scientific principles underlie and are critical to the methodology. I may not be able to tell you what the market price of WCII will be tomorrow because of those subjective factors of the market, but I can very well tell you how much is too much or how much is too little assuming one's forecast of future events is reasonably accurate.
