The news release mentioned a change in the merger agreement REQUIRES that stockholders get to vote again. We voted for 1 to 1 and now we will vote again as stockholders. The time frame I believe is also governed by the sec to allow all stockholders time to vote. Perhaps Birck wasn't familiar with sec requirements at the time of the cc. The above imo of the release. I also feel the stock will be under pressure as well as management until this is over. No one will benefit over this delay imo.... John
