Have we seen the crash or is more to come? Chart patterns look like '87 did AFTER the crash, ie broke 200 d MA last week (similar to week before Oct 19, 1987) then crashed on Monday (similar to '87), followed by rally on Tuesday (ditto). Also people were waiting for second leg in '87 which never occured.

Fundamental differences are valuations (still high versus good value in 87), interest rates (much lower now which can account for higher valuation), economy (similar in US but weaker worldwide now),

Saw Abby Cohen on NBR last night A very subtle change in her message - while she increased stock allocations, she did not mention target for year end - I think this was intentional (ie backing away from 9300).
