The best damage control at this point would be.........

1) The truth told through a PR by the company.

2) What the company is doing about the truth as far as satisfying these debts etc.

But will it happen? (non-rhetorical)

Bambaata,I have not always agreed with T.T but if you are making a threat and this comes from the company you have big problems.I would advise you to stop.I have been with this for over a year, before NETZ. All the shareholders want is to know whats going on with their investment.ZULU has done a miserable job of this.
