ayahuasca, i would agree that the filing of the 10SB is critical from the perspective of credibility. i have an outstanding wager with paul macginnis on that topic. simply stated, if the filing isn't made this month i lose. but my rationale is equally simple. if the filing isn't made this month - the company will have lost credibility with me. i believe i will win. time will tell. regards. gary
