Angler:

I also like financial funds. These funds were down 30%. The market
is risky, but the financial funds are cheap at the current prices.

I started a new 'E Portfolio' (see Post #917). There are two funds
in the portfolio, Brokerage and Home Finance.

FSESX up close to 6% today , any comments? DEC CRUDE OIL trading up this week. There is a strong psychological element to the switch from a bull to a bear market regardless of the prevailing notion of an oil glut via Asian slowdown. We who play the small caps were well aware of the divergence that set off alarms in July. Those small cap declines were bigger than 87 and 90 so IMHO a Dow in the low 6000's and an S&P low 800's is not out of the question by late October. No bias just cautious.~Russ
