David, fwiw it has been my bitter experience that most pennies don't need a scam to frustrate investors, greed and incompetence are more than capable of doing the job. I don't know much more about IDCN than I heard from a friend and have been sniffing around a bit. It sounds interesting but management appears to be a big question. This .37 buyout appears to be real but insiders control enough to say no if they wish. This could be a good thing for long term holders if these people are honest and capable. If not... Henry
