Janice, What's funny to us is that you bashers claim you haven't gotten the documents nor have read them! <LOL> I know a guy who stood in line at the courthouse for 3 hrs. yesterday behind a whole bunch of guys in suits with worried looks on their faces. Are you telling us that you guys haven't gotten off your collective butts and gotten a copy yet? How can you guys be strutting about your great diligence and not get a copy of ther court documents? 120 pages you can exploit, contort and cut & paste to your hearts desire, yet you're claiming not one of you got off your butt to request the documents? As far as the AIDS cream, it is currently going thru ICAP testing in brazil, in-vitro testing. After that it goes to submission for FDA approval testing. As far as Zapara, Marcassi, Schurer, Charlie K., yeah, the records speak for themselves, get off your butts and get the documents. Rich_1
