I read your "Ok" to confirm that you or the company were making threats against me? What a swell guy. As far as you or the company viewing my letter requests as "attempts at discovery," does that mean the company only responds when a formal lawsuit has been filed, and a formal request for discovery has been made? What a great attitude! Or does it view with contempt basic pleas of shareholders for information? What a swell attitude. You will recall that ZULU is a publicly traded company, which has accepted Utah law as a condition to incorporating under its state charter, and which has sold stock to members of the public. It has certain responsibilities, including providing the requested disclosures. That is ALL I am doing, EXCEPT raising legitimate fears/concerns when a company refuses/declines to provide basic information, or releases what may ULTIMATELY turn out to be materially misleading press releases. I would like things to turn out differently. Every overture possible has been made to the company to level with its shareholders. No explanation for the silence has been provided, which adds fuel to our fears. Furthermore, I am not a public person. Your comments in your posts about me, in defense of the company, are way out of line. However, if somehow I am wrong or mistaken, I can accept that. These threads are free-flowing streams of consciousness. We don't have time to edit and research everything like a report or memo. This is trial by error, as we all stumble forward searching for the truth. The problem with you (if I may be so direct) is that (i) you don't provide names of people in the company with whom you speak, (ii) you don't provide verifiable information, and (iii) you bluster/blabber/threaten, which does not elevate the level of discussion on this thread. Now, as far as speaking to the "company", tell me (i) with whom I should speak in Zulu-tek (not Zulumedia or ESVS or PR ESVS), and (iii) tell me what that person's official position is with the company. I will be happy to establish a dialogue to see if we can break through this impasse.
