Here is a copy of my most recent email to Roger (about 10 minutes ago). I'll let you all know if I get a response. And by the way we are down again Roger Thanks for getting back to me so quickly yesterday. I appreciate it. However I am still concerned about the DGIV situation. I am really considering dumping my rather large investment here because I dont like the uncertainty. I do not understand the reason for the delays in releasing financial news. My experience has been that in virtually every case where there are delays like this in financial reporting it spells bad news. When do you expect to release the SB-10 filing? What efforts are being made to get listed on Nasdaq? Is there any reason (ie the two things mentioned above) to expect the DGIV share price to rebound from these levels? With a bb stock such as DGIV there is nothing for me to hang my hat on. For all I know you guys could disappear in two weeks along with all my money. It has just happened to me with another stock and I am very wary of it now. DGIV is the last BB stock I will own and that may not be for much longer. If I do feel I have to sell it I will be accompanied by others who have bought this stock on my recommendation. Lastly, is Worldvision still working for DGIV. It seems to me that they were very active and effusive about 3 months ago but I havent heard a peep since. I am beginning to think that they are paid promoters of the stock who will be very positive and help in getting the share price up, all the while selling shares of the company. This is my thinking. Please help me dispel these ideas. You can see what happens when I have nothing to go on. I am blind here, please show me some light. Thanks Mark A. Jordan
