Tom, you know as well as any long-term reader of this thread that Doerr's name does not show up on the long list of 144 filings this year. That does not mean that KP has not disposed of a significant number of shares. Hell, look at the last two proxy statements. KP's stake has dropped, not by direct selling, but rather by distributing shares to their investors who then sold.

Of course, we don't know who sold what the last couple weeks, do we?
