I agree that a stock buyback may not be prudent at this time. But I do believe the cash flows generated from the business will be adequate to finance growth without new shares being issues. The Auditors are currently working the financials. Audits on small companies are generally only at fiscal year ends.

Concerning the fine art of marketing, look at Callaway Golf, Nike and many others who other than providing a good product rely on marketing to attempt to differenciate a product from the competition, although no major differences exist. Didn't know Phil Knight was from Wisconson.

"The key to this Co. is the end of the year Balance Sheet and Income Statement and they best be AUDITED.


Last year's balance sheet and income statement were audited, and I have no reason to believe that this year's (year just completed) will not be audited.

Perhaps you gave been looking at quarterlies which, like those of many companies, are unaudited.
