We need to eliminate 1 tier of government. Get rid of state/provincial governments. just have city and federal governments. Privatise everything. Sell the CBC, cut the ambassadorial budget by 75%,Send no money to foreign goverments as aid unless they actually use it as intended.(most goes to swiss banks now), Get out of the UN, and associated agencies.(the most corrupt large organization on earth, 90% of budgeted funds is used improperly). But who listens to me I understand you perspective but i have to disagree with nearly all your recommendations (at least in part) except for one - get rid of a tier of government!! Like you, I would happily consign provinces to the scrapheap of Canadian political history
