For what it's worth, Microwarehouse (in Ohio) has refurbished external 1 Gb jaz drives for $169.95 + shipping. This is a "web" deal only....you must give them the Product ID No. from their web site. Otherwise, the exact same thing is $199.95 + shipping in their most recent catalog. Here is the URL for their web site:

Do a search on jaz from this main web page.

Pretty unbelievable...a jaz drive (refurbished, so what) for the same price, probably less in some cases, than a zip plus drive.

Just got the Tiger Direct catalog in from the mailbox. Page 36 has a large ad for Any/Unlimited quanity, Genuine Iomega, Zip disks at $8.99 each. Item #I21-1221.
