BE CAREFUL with your scare tactic. The stock, if it trades under $1.00 for 30 days, MAY be delisted but only AFTER YET ANOTHER 90 day waiting period. That's nearly 4 months from today or after Thanksgiving before there is ANY (I repeat, ANY) chance delisting could ocur. But since earnings for Q3 are coming in within the next 40 days, I am not worried. It just needs to get above $1.00 on the close for ONE DAY. and the earnings will be great.
