You are assuming a lot when you say JMAR's R&D developed the products it sells. JMAR didn't develop anything. They got the products when they bought other companies, primarily PPL. By careful selection of words and semantics, they have been misleading people for years. For example: "The company successfully tested a prototype version of its excimer laser-driven plasma x-ray source, thereby achieving a major milestone in its program. The results of those tests met or exceeded the X-ray production output goals set forth in the Company's original business plan." When did they do this? FEBRUARY, 1991!!!!!! Certainly, the government throws good money after bad. Prior to XRL, JMAR had about seventeen different government R&D grants. None of them resulted in any products. If they had a workable product, they would rush it to the market. Regarding XRL, they will continue the development the full two years ( even though it was promised years ago) in order to squeeze every penny out of the government. IMHO, Martinez has p----d away millions of dollars and probably 15 million shares of stock while achieving nothing. Name something they have developed and sold!
