Regarding the short term, I'm interested in the $8 MM placement. Can this be converted at current prices thus adding approximately 4MM shares to last Quarters 7.2 MM Basic shares outstanding? This yields an effective market cap of not $15.4 MM, but $25.9 MM.

Unfortunately, I sold all my FIBR due to margin calls yesterday...Later this year I'll be selling (and buying back a few seconds later) my DELL to get the full benefits of the losses. Hard to keep holding on when it's messing up the maintenece requirement.

Nevertheless, I'll continue to follow the firm as an interested investor.

I had held this stock since 3/95 and finally cashed in last week. What a ride. All told I made some cash, although the profit would have been a lot higher if I cashed in about two/three months ago.

The technology they have must be worth something. Why don't they get gobbled up on the cheap by some larger and seemingly more legitimate player? Seems like a fire sale would be in order.

Until I get some guts back, I'm sticking with the DELL, and CSCO's of the world.
