Bingo!

The same thing that happened after the first fall to $1 and then back to $1.50. They pick up a bunch of shares at a $1 and then run it all the way up to $1.50 reaping the profits. It is the next goal to work it back down. This process will continue as long as there less than 3:1 buys over sells. And if they are still short from from .60 to 2.25 jump then... well you know the rest of the story.
