Like ECD has done anything to make a profit on any other business. OIS was undercapitalized at ECD. Maning took it saw this decided it was a loser and got out with his skin when he sold to Davidson who has since put over $100 millon into OIS. If ENER had retained OIS it would have failed much sooner and probably brought the entire company with it. At least Stan has been able to hold onto his kingdom until now. How much longer?

I too had a great run with OVON. From 75 cents to a sell at seven dollars and many thousands more at six.

What got me out was the recognition that Davidson had moved the company to over a hundred million shares with his owning, I think, about 80%. I think those figures are roughly correct. Anyway it was a good move for a change.
